For reasons of privacy the database mentioned in the disclaimer below is available only to IAIR Board Members. It includes mailing and e-mail addresses, where applicable and other data specific to IAIR's needs. For any further information about the database contact the Membership Secretary
Disclaimer about IAIR Data Base
IAIR maintains a PC database containing certain information elements of IAIR members of the Canadian and International pension funds. The officers of IAIR do not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of the information maintained in the database although every effort is made to do so. IAIR does not sell or distribute the information in the database to any organization other than to the IATA Human Capital department and selected departments of ACS a Xerox company,,Royal Bank of Canada (RBC DEXIA) and Manulife Financial ("the organizations") that have direct involvement in the Canadian and International pension funds. Selected elements of a retiree record are provided to these organizations for the purpose of distributing relevant material and information to retirees. IAIR has no control over the storage and security of the retiree information once transferred into the possession of these organizations and does not warrant or seek warranty of the safety and security of the retiree information elements. With each transfer of retiree information, the receiving organization is informed that they may not sell, give away or otherwise distribute any part or all of the retiree information to any third party.
