IATA Canadian and International Pension Plans
International Pension
Montreal Pension Committee is no longer involved in oversight of the International Pension Plan. However, the IAIR Board agreed that it would continue to seek resolution of any pension related problems experienced by International plan members that are not resolved by discussion with ACS.
Canadian Pension Plan
There are three types of Pension Plans within the IATA Canadian Pension Plan - Defined Benefit , Defined Contribution and non-Canadian. All these plans are overseen by the Montreal Pension Committee (PC); their Retiree Representative and Alternate Representative are elected annually at the IAIR AGM.
